The City of Lubbock receives annual grants from HUD and TDHCA., which fund a variety of projects including Public Service activities, Public Facilities & Infrastructure, Homeowner Rehabilitation, Energy Assistance, and other eligible programs. CONTRACTORS NEEDED!

The City of Lubbock Community Development Department needs general contractors and/or builders to bid on residential rehabilitation and new construction projects. These projects are funded by grants from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to provide affordable housing for low to moderate income citizens of Lubbock.
