National Senior Health and Fitness Day

This annual event helps promote the importance of regular physical activity, and showcases what local organizations are doing to improve the health and fitness of older adults in our community. Call 767-2710 for a booth. Adults (3 hrs). Free.

Lubbock Adult Activity Center is located at 2001 19^th Street. Hours of operation are Mondays and Wednesdays-Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Tuesdays from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
