CHILDREN'S VACCINES

·        Vaccines are available for children ages 2 months through 18 years

·        Children with no insurance or are under-insured are eligible for State supplied vaccines

·        The cost for State supplied vaccines is $14.00 for one dose or $20.00 for two or more

·        Vaccines are provided for children covered by CHIP or MEDICAID

       

Information For Clinic

·        Please see that your child has eaten before receiving vaccines to prevent nausea

·        A complete shot record is needed at the time children's immunizations are requested

·        

Children on CHIP or MEDICAID are required to have current card at time of  service

ADULT VACCINES

·        Adult vaccines are available for those 19 years old and older

·        Adult vaccine prices vary. Please call the number listed below for pricing

FLU Vaccine:    

Texas Vaccines For Children (TVFC):

• We do have TVFC flu vaccine at this time for 6 months to 18 year olds with Medicaid, CHIP, no insurance or are underinsured.    

PRIVATE PAY KIDS:

 We have flu vaccine for 6 months and older. Cost is $20/dose      

ADULT FLU:

 We now have adult flu vaccine (quadrivalent). The cost is $20/dose.

• We do accept Medicare payment
• We do not accept private insurance for payment
