Matter of Balance Class @ LAAC

Are you worried about your balance or have a fear of falling? Look no further! The Lubbock Adult Activity Center is teaming up with the South Plains Association of Governments to provide a Matter of Balance class that will help strengthen your muscles to gain balance.

Classes are every Thursday at 11am beginning June 8th.

Dates Include:

• June 8, 15, 22, 29
• July 6, 13, 27
• August 3
