Free Family Fun Under the Stars!

Join Lubbock Parks and Recreation for our Movies in the Park series—an outdoor movie experience perfect for families, friends, and neighbors! Each Saturday evening (excluding July 5), we’ll be screening a family-friendly movie at a different Lubbock park. Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, and snacks, and settle in for an evening of free entertainment in the great outdoors.

July 19 – The Wild Robot at Mackenzie Park

July 26 – Moana 2 at Aztlan Park

August 5 (Tuesday) – Despicable Me 4 at Rodgers Park (following National Night Out)

August 9 – Inside Out 2 at Maxey Park

Movie begins at dusk (approximately 8:30 PM)

Free admission

Open lawn seating

Food trucks or concessions available at select locations
