HEARD (Helping Every Adolescent Reach Their Dreams) Youth Coalition Meeting

Considers and makes recommendations to the City Council on any and all matters pertaining to the public health of the City. Three year term. Meets the third Friday of each month at 12:30 p.m.
H.E.A.R.D. is a group of community members from every sector of Lubbock.
The mission of H.E.A.R.D. is to strengthen community infrastructure, provide connections and resources, advocate with youth, and enact change in order to prevent substance use and reduce its impact on youth and young adults in the Lubbock area.
Location: Mahon Library, 1306 9th Street, Lubbock, TX 79401
Time: 12 p.m.-1 p.m.
