Lubbock Business Park TIF Board
To encourage development and redevelopment within the Lubbock Business Park District. Board recommends projects to be financed by the district with the approval of City Council. The board consists of nine members, including representatives of each of the taxing jurisdictions levying taxes in the area. Five members are appointed by the City Council. Members must be a qualified voter in the municipality OR be at least 18 years of age and own real property in the TIF Zone, whether or not the individual resides in the municipality. Two year term.
