A Stuffie Adventure

School age children Kindergarten through 5th grade, their stuffed animals (stuffies) and an adult are invited to the Silent Wings Museum's 2026 Stuffie Adventure. This year Flight Officer Bear and his courageous team of afterhours stuffed animals are looking for a few good stuffies.

The morning begins with humans checking in and getting to play a life-sized game of Sea Raider through the museum. Our staff will get humans and stuffies acquainted with the museum and some of the fun games currently on exhibit. A pizza lunch will be served at noon and then it is time for the humans to head out. That is when the real training begins! Flight Officer Bear and his team will introduce your stuffie to the challenges of afterhours museum safety! Your stuffie will train all afternoon and night to watch over the artifacts of the Silent Wings Museum.

January 6, 2026, 9:30am

Humans will return to the museum for a Stuffie Pinning Ceremony and muffins. If we are lucky, we might catch some of the magic that happens while the humans are away. Stuffie and human guests will need to checkout of the Training by 10am.

1child, adult & stuffie is $35

Registration opens October 7, 2025. Seats are limited. Fees are due at the time of registration and can be paid by phone (806) 775-3047 or at the museum gift shop.
