Urban Design and Historic Preservation Commission
Serves as an advisory committee to the Planning and Zoning Commission. Recommends buildings, structures, sites, districts, areas, and lands within the City which may be eligible for designation as historic landmarks and historic landmark districts, and reviews applications for rehabilitation, renovation or expansion of landmark buildings. Composition of committee is defined by ordinance and requires representation of specific professional groups. Two year term. Meets the third Tuesday of each month (if there are agenda items) at 5:30 p.m.
