Lake Alan Henry Board of Appeals
Review applications for permits for new construction or requests for variances to existing construction Regulations within the provisions of Section 2-570 of Ordinance 2008-O0038. The Board shall also review applications file pursuant to the Lake Alan Henry Erosion Control Plan; and variances from the Regulations as filed in writing with the City Planning Department. The Board shall prescribe the materials and documents to be submitted with the permit application. The Board shall issue permits for construction and hear appeals as set forth in Section 2-580 of the Code of Ordinances. Two year term. Meetings are held the third Thursday of each month at 10:00 a.m.
