Animal Services Advisory Board
Assists the City of Lubbock in complying with terms of Chapter 823 of the Texas Health and Safety Code as amended and assists the City in establishing procedures applicable to the City’s animal control program. Membership shall consist of one Veterinarian, one City Official, one Animal Shelter Employee, one Representative from an Animal Welfare Organization and three At-Large positions. Two year term. Meets three times per year and as needed.
