City Council
The Lubbock City Council welcomes public comments during any regular meeting. Citizens wishing to speak need only to sign-up at the City Council meeting, but are limited to speaking on matters posted on the City Council agenda. Citizens can sign up on request forms provided outside of the City Council Chambers on the day of the City Council meeting. No written requests for Citizen Comments will be accepted after the posted time to begin the Regular City Council meeting.
