Water Line Work to Close Section of Main Street

Beginning Thursday, July 12, Guardian Utility Construction will be closing Main Street from 250 feet east of Avenue Q up to and including the intersection with Avenue O to construct a new water line to serve the new Cotton Court development. There will be no thru traffic allowed, local traffic only. 

The intersection of Main and Avenue O will reopen on August 2nd, but Main Street west of this intersection to approximately 250 feet east of Avenue Q will remain closed until August 19th, weather permitting.

The City encourages drivers to use caution while driving in work zones and to seek alternate routes when possible.
