12th Annual Trick or Treat Street at Safety City
The City of Lubbockâs Safety City is hosting the 12th Annual Trick or Treat Street. Come dressed in your Halloween costumes on Friday, October 25 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This FREE event will feature candy, games, and door prizes while teaching the importance of pedestrian safety.
