• Total number of LAS calls: 1,002 
• Calls to front desk: 844
• Calls to field services: 158
• Total calls placed on hold: 306/1,002
• Average hold time: 2.42 minutes
• Aggressive animal calls: 43
• Animal welfare calls: 31
• Total spays/neuters: 65 in house, 17 at vet clinics
• Total adoptions: 45 dogs, 22 cats, 1 rabbit, 2 chickens
• Total "Doggie Day Out": 43, 4 sleepovers
• Total live intakes: 191
