The Lubbock Municipal Garden and Arts Center (GAC) is actively seeking food vendors for its 55th Annual Fall Festival, an event to be held Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Fall Festival offers an array of concessions and welcomes vendors to inquire about open spaces for tents and trailers. This event, which has traditionally attracted 3,000 - 4,000 visitors, is family-oriented and normally features more than 80 vendors selling handmade craft items and fine art.
Food Vendor spaces are available for $100 at a first-come, first-serve basis until sold out. Each vendor is responsible for obtaining a Temporary/Special Event Health Permit from the City of Lubbock Health Department three days prior to the event. Rental agreements for booths may be picked up at the Lubbock Garden and Arts Center Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or online at www.lubbockgac.org.
