Information Regarding Some City Parks During United Supermarkets Lubbock Marathon on Sunday

The United Supermarkets Lubbock Marathon will take place this Sunday, October 26, and will affect traffic around some Lubbock park areas.  

During the event, Dunbar Historical Lake, Mae Simmons Park, Mackenzie Park and Aztlan Park will be closed to vehicular traffic until the marathon is completed. 

Citizens will still be able to access Meadowbrook from Municipal Drive.
