Lubbock Public Health to Host Another Year of 'Source to Solution: A Regional Addiction and Recovery Symposium'

Lubbock Public Health will host 'Source to Solution: A Regional Addiction and Recovery Symposium' again this year on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center. 

This event will bring together professionals from law enforcement, the courts, healthcare, treatment centers, and schools, as well as community members and individuals who are in recovery, to share stories, experiences, and local recovery resources. The goal is to bring together as many people as possible and share the hope for healing found through recovery.

Addiction is very common—more than half of Americans are affected by it in some way. Lubbock Public Health wants the community to know that nobody has to face addiction alone, and that help and support is available. It hopes that this annual symposium will continue to help raise awareness about how deeply addiction impacts the Lubbock community, while also sharing a message of hope.
