City of Lubbock Utilities Website Remains Unavailable to Customers as Maintenance Work Continues

City of Lubbock Utilities (COLU) continues maintenance on its website as it works through an interruption with its third-party hosted service provider. An interim solution is nearing completion that will allow customers to log-in to their account through the City of Lubbock’s main website. It is anticipated to be active within the next few days. An update will be provided to the public once this new service is available. 

 

All other forms of contact for COLU remain active during this maintenance period. Customers looking to access account information, pay a bill, or speak with a customer service representative may call (806) 775-2509. Please have your ten-digit account number available if you wish to expedite your service. Western Union pay stations are active and customers may visit the customer service center in person (located at 1401 Avenue K across from Citizen’s Tower) to speak with a representative, initiate a service request, or pay a bill with the self-service kiosks. 

 

Please note that the temporary suspension of late fees and water disconnections due to the winter weather has ended as of Monday, January 13.
