• Calls to front desk: 606
• Calls to field services: 106
• Total calls placed on hold: 110/712
• Average hold time: .91 minutes
• Aggressive animal calls: 27
• Animal welfare calls: 22
• Total spays/neuters: 29 in house, 18 at vet clinics
• Total adoptions: 38 dogs, 14 cats, 1 rabbit
• Total "Doggie Day Out": 60, 5 sleepovers
• Total live intakes: 142
