North Memphis Avenue Road Closure Near Loop 289
North Memphis Avenue, near Loop 289, will close beginning Tuesday, March 24 as Lubbock Underground crews complete repairs on a water line. The closure is expected to last through April 3, weather permitting. The City asks drivers to plan ahead and use alternate routes when possible, and expect minor delays while driving through the area.
